  • I was extremely happy with everything about this apartment. The host was helpful and available. The location was perfect. It's central, just 2 blocks away from Corrientes so you get convenience without the noise of a major artery. Although there was no lack of buses and subways close by, I was able to walk to every neighbourhood I wanted to visit. All amenities are close; restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware stores, locutorios, bookstores, theatres, and for dancers, 3 of the best milongas are just a 7 to 10 minute walk away. The balcony is a lovely and rare bonus. I was very sad when it was time to go and look forward to staying here again asap.

  • The apartment is very clean and we were happy with our overall stay. We were happy with the air conditioning, the location and the terrace.
We decided to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel because we wanted to have the option of cooking to save money as we were in buenos aires for a whole week. Unfortunately we were unable to do so because the kitchen did not have the necessary equipment (e.g. Sharp knives, pots and pans, etc)

    Response from Marcos:

We have already bought equipment for the kitchen.

  • Excelente estada, localização ótima, apartamento excelente, tudo estava a contento. Marcos foi um anfitrião muito hospitaleiro e flexível, além de muito rápido nas respostas a qualquer necessidade. Recomendo-o como anfitrião para qualquer pessoa ou casal em visitas de turismo ou a negócios em Buenos Aires.

  • Good location, comfy bed..

    Can be noisy at times.

    Response from Marcos:

Buenos Aires is a noisy city, that's correct. Very few apartments located in the city centre dont have street noise.

  • Great apartment for 1 or 2 people. Comfortable, elegantly furnished. Small kitchen with few utensils and gas stove. Two tv's, one in the bedroom and other in the living area, but few channels in English. Near to Subte (underground) and good location. Only minus was excessive street noise, 24/7. Don't recommend for light sleepers or bring ear plugs. Great security. Felt relatively safe, considering Buenos Aires is a very urban environment. Marcos was very helpful and friendly.

    Response from Marcos:

There was some street work going on in the adjacent street that's why the traffic was heavier than usual on Peron street where the apartment is located.

  • Really nice apartment in a perfect location. We enjoyed our time in Marcos' apartment, there's everything you need, plenty of space and lots of day light. There are many good restaurants and bakeries around the area. We felt safe to walk around at night. Bus no. 39 stop right next to the apartment and comes very often all night, very convenience to go places without having to take a cab. We did not meet Marcos as he was on a vacation but he sent his friend to take care of us. Even he's not in town, he responded very quickly to every questions and requests we had. I'll definitely stay here again next time in BsAs.

  • The apartment is lovely and clean, if a bit smaller than the photos imply.
Location? Well, it's walkable to many places, but the neighborhood is shabby and noisy now. I'd stay in Palermo in the future, where Marcos has other places.

    Response from Marcos:

The apartment is located in the city centre, so it might be a bit noisy during the day and shabby. Its advantage is that you are close to most tourist attractions.

  • Excellent location, 3-4 blocks in any direction and you're into "it", you can walk to most of the city center's offerings. Subway lines, buses and cabs all easily accessible. Felt safe at all times, inside and outside. May be noisy from streets for some but it never bothered us, one can use the outside shutter at night. Apartment well equipped, could use frying pan and good cutting knives, but other than that very comfortable. We stayed a month and would do it again.
