One bedroom is large. I could accept two people staying there. The other bedroom is smaller - BUT it has the screened in porch up in the trees with a view of the Mystic River! Summer time is ideal, winter time it's a great extra freezer! A couple could stay in the smaller bedroom, or sometimes I've allowed someone to sleep on the screened in porch. Smaller bedroom is more comfortable for a couple or a single guest. Have a great season!
Be neat. Clean up the kitchen and the bathroom after you have use them, and remember, unless you rent both bedrooms, you are sharing with someone else! I recycle. No candles! Enjoy your stay! Thanks a lot.
Our stay was great. The location for us was perfect. The bus stop was on the corner that would take you to the subway. You could also walk a couple of blocks to the Whole Foods, Starbucks and a liquor store. Our room was great, nice and clean and we had our own private screened in porch. We shared a kitchenette, with our own mini fridge, living room, bathroom. Faith was very nice and informative. We would definately stay there again.
Faith is friendly and willing to accommodate two persons per room. The room is clean, shared bathroom with a current tenant, street parking. The location is not metro accessible to Boston, it takes about 45 minutes by public transit, about 20 minutes driving. Also, her cancelation policy is not flexible, we booked two nights and tried to cancel our second night upon arrival (24 hours in advance) and she would not allow that.
