Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Eastside Costa Mesa. Private entrance attached to main house. Livingroom, full kitchen, full bath. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. We also have a folding Pak N’ Play crib with bedding.

The space
Our upstairs (one flight of stairs) private apartment has a separate entrance with electronic lock. The apartment has one bathroom, two bedrooms with a full size bed in one, and queen bed in the other. There is a kitchen furnished with all appliances including cookware, dishes and utensils. Extra blankets and towels are available.

Access to the space is "keyless.”

The unit has a living room with Internet-connected TV (but no cable or satellite television), a small dining table, and two couches that open into comfortable double beds. The bathroom contains both a shower and a full bathtub. The apartment is kid-friendly.

There is free and easy street parking, WIFI, and air conditioning.

INFANTS: We consider all people to be guests. Even if you have an infant, please include him or her in your count of guests and let us know that you have done so.

Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets (no exceptions).

No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property (indoors or outdoors).

This includes, but is not limited to: tobacco, cannabis (marijuana), vaping (electronic cigarettes), etc.

Violation of this policy will result in the imposition of a $1,000.00 cleaning fee and immediate reporting to AirBnB.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment, with the exception of 1 locked closet. The space is private, accessed through a separate entrance, and is not shared with the main house.

We have priced our AirBnB to provide great value. If you intend to request an additional discount, please understand that we, too, have been hit very hard by the current economic climate. We will do our best to accommodate you, but "Pre-Approval" will WILL NOT secure your dates. Your dates will ONLY BE RESERVED when you actually book. In addition, please be sure you completely understand AirBnB's strict cancelation policy prior to booking. Thank you.

The price varies from season to season and from day to day based upon availability and demand. We do discount the price if the room remains unbooked, so there are some great last day deals. The price you pay is what Airbnb says you will pay AFTER you have correctly identified the dates and the number of guests. The price for a one-night stay is never less than $90 because $80 is our cleaning fee and the nightly fee is never less than $10. Sometimes, Airbnb advertises our apartment without the cleaning fee. Thus, Airbnb's advertised price can be as low as $10/night (even though the true cost for a single night's stay at this price will be $60). We understand that this can be misleading, but we don't control how Airbnb advertises prices.

Neighborhood highlights

Great location in eastside Costa Mesa residential neighborhood, a five minute drive from Orange County (John Wayne - SNA) Airport. We are about 3.5 miles from Newport Beach and easy drive to Balboa Island, Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach. Close to South Coast Plaza and Segerstrom Center for the Arts and a short walk to Newport's Back Bay Trails.

We are a 20-25 minute drive to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, The Grove, Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center.

Also centrally located between Los Angeles and San Diego counties. About a one hour drive north to Los Angeles and about a one hour drive south to San Diego.
