Marzia is a great host. She gave all of informations about Venice. She told us the locations of shops, restaurants, ferries and she suggested famous places for us. The apartment is awesome! Very cosy, clean and well equipped. You can find anything you need during your stay. The area is quiet and situated near to important places (restaurants, ferries, shop, etc.). If we go again to Venice, we will choose Marzia's apartment again. It was perfect. If you go there, you won't regret. Thank you.

Marzia is a great host - she has helped us with information about Venice, vaporetto routes, maps, restaurants recommendations. Her apartment looks GREAT and the area where it is located is perfect - close to food places, supermarket, vaporetto stops and also the walk to San Marco is beautiful!

We stayed at Marzia's apartment for 3 nights. The house is beautiful, clean and well equiped. It is just as described and is a doable walking distance to all the touristy spots. Marzia was one of the most hospitable host we have encountered. She gave us detailed information on the water taxis and suggestions for dining in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.
