PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING
It's a doble room in a shared apartment by people from several countries. Right in the city center, the cross between Consell de Cent and Paseo de Gracia, right next to the metro stop of Paseo de Gracia, the famous Avenue with several buildings designed by Gaudi.
- Before booking, inform me about the time of arrival to Barcelona. I have a late check in fee of 10 euro after 23:00 and 20 euro after 01.00
- Keep noise to a minimal especially late at night/ early in the morning to respect the sleep of others. I have a no noise policy after 22:30.
- Only guests from airbnb are allowed to be in the apartment. (For exceptions talk to me first)
- keep the common areas clean after using it.
we're totally disappointed. We had been ringing the bell at the entrance of the building for 10 min but nobody answered the door. Then it's the hostel downstairs opened the door for us. When we first entered the apartment, the bad smells of the apartment made us stepped back. Then we found that there's no wifi in our room. We then requested them (actually there was just the housekeeper) to fix it, but the housekeeper said she'd have to ask the owner and see if we can change the room. Then the owner said no so we wished to cancel the booking. The owner then said yes and we got our room changed. But still the room was dirty and stinky and everything's worn. The heater didn't even work.
and there's no lock on the door. Since there're other tenants on the floor and there's responsible person present we were worried about the safety but we were told by the housekeeper that it's "alright". So we left our stuffs, closed the doors and the and went out. When we came back, the doors were opened and our stuffs were moved. Then we tested the owner and told him about it. But what we received from him was rudeness. He told us to cancel cos he wanted to cancel our booking. He said it's his own room we're staying at and he'd be back the next day and told us better to be gone by the time he's back. We asked him to return our money but he said he didn't have it, we had to deal with airbnb but he promised that we could get our money back for the next two nights. (We booked for 3 nights) We then left the next morning. We called airbnb France few times but we didn't reach it. Probably because it's holiday.
****in short, I strongly discommend this place.
The location was great, minutes away from major sites and metro. It wasn't the cleanest but it wasn't bad. Pedro and the others that shared the space were nice, Pedro let us drop our bags off before our check in which was awesome.
The place was situated in the city centre which made it very convenient to go everywhere. We pretty much walked everywhere! Pedro was a very welcoming host that introduced us some pretty amazing tapas places. It was also very clean as Pedro had someone to clean the house every few days. However, it can get a bit dark because some of the lights were spoilt. But all in all, it was a pleasant stay.
My husband and I had a nice time in Barcelona!
A location of the apartment is really very good. We walked to all major attractions and to the beach. The apartment is clean and quiet.
Pedro was very friendly to us, he is a great guy. The other airbnb guests in the apartment were also nice and together we had some cool hours in the kirchen. It was quite clean and the room was very okay for that price!
Thank You Pedro for host me and my friend ! It was a great experiance :)
First of all comunication with Pedro its realy easy and fast, so there wernt any problem with reservation and geting to his home from the airport.
House is really great located, clean and nice. There U have everything U need ( the same like Pedro wrote in description ). Even when we ask to leave our luggage for few houres, there was no problem with that ( Thank U once again !! ) So I can really recomented staing in Pedro's house for everybody :))

I'm from Lisboa but it's been 5 years I'm living in Barcelona. I studied Sociology back in Lisboa and then a masters on Visual Anthopology here in Barcelona. I love to meet people, speak languages, talk about the secrets of the city. I like to be in good company and that's why 4 years ago I got this big big house and since then I have lived with people from all around the world..now we are 2 people living permanently and we have quite a few rooms for guests from airbnb.
