We designed this home to turn heads and be one of the most unique vacation rentals you will ever stay at. Modern, high end, private, and a breathtaking VIEW! This house is strategically placed on the very best and most private location in our 14 acre apple orchard. Surrounded by farmland and breathtaking mountain peaks! We are within 5-15 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants and conveniently located only 25 minutes from Zion National park and 55 minutes from Bryce Canyon National park.

The space
Our place is located on one of the most beautiful properties around the Zion/Bryce area! 14 acres of apple trees and farmland surrounded by breathtaking mountain peaks right off highway 89. Our orchard offers seclusion and privacy to ensure you have the best experience possible. We designed this home to have a modern cabin type look with a stylish open concept interior. Sit out on the rooftop deck around the fire pit and watch the sun set behind the mountain peaks. Far enough away from the city lights for some amazing stargazing in the crystal clear night sky! You can also help yourself to some of the tastiest apples you will ever eat July-September right off our trees. You might even see wild turkeys or mule deer across the river, right off the deck! *The sofa bed in the living room is a VERY nice Tempurpedic mattress and is a King. This is a perfect central location for people who are wanting to visit both parks and other places in Southern Utah! Enjoy a propane grill on the porch as well as a private fire pit on the lawn. Powered by Solar energy. Large windows throughout for natural lighting during the day with a constant view of the mountains and fields from every window!

Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the house, parking space, lawn, fire pit, grill, as well as access to the entire 14 acre property! Take a walk around the orchard or down to the Virgin River on the west property edge.

We are located in a small town named Glendale that is situated in a lush valley surrounded by mountains and farmland. We have some of the best views around! In our opinion, Glendale is one of the most beautiful towns in Utah! Not only that, it is a very convenient central location for vacationers looking to visit multiple parks in the same trip. 25 minutes to Zion, 55 minutes to Bryce Canyon, 1 hour and 45 minutes to Lake Powell, and 1 hour 50 minutes to the Grand Canyon.
