The West Shore is known for being less crowded and more local, making it ideal for a slower, more relaxed Tahoe stay.

Guest access
You’ll have full, private access to the entire cabin, including both decks and the hot tub.
A storage shed on the property is not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
Security: Exterior cameras are installed at entry points (front porch, side yard, and back deck), facing outward.

Guests: Only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance.

Pets: One well-behaved dog allowed with prior approval. Pets should not be left unattended or on furniture.

Bear Wire: The home is equipped with electric bear wire around windows and doors, which is common for Tahoe properties. Instructions will be provided prior to your stay.

Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. No street parking per county regulations.

Winter Conditions: AWD/4WD strongly recommended. Driveway plowed during larger storms; pathways cleared prior to arrival. Snow may accumulate between services—shovels and de-icing salt are available.

Cleaning: Standard cleaning included; additional fees may apply for excessive mess.
