I can't imagine a better place to stay in NYC! The apartment is cosy with many beautiful details and situated perfectly in the middle of East Village and LES, close to SOHO and the West Village. If there was a minor problem Francis, who takes care of the place, put things right AT ONCE! I loved staying there!
We have spent great days in the apartment of Sara. Francis's attention was very good and also department services. The location is excellent and we had no problem.
This was my 3rd time vacationing in NYC. But this time around, I got to have the "REAL" New York experience. Sara's place look exactly like the pictures posted. Only issue we had was the water pressure in the shower, it was really low. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The area was safe with a whole bunch of eateries all over. Loved the fresh juicing stand on the corner and Lil Frankie's pizza place. The care taker of the studio, Francis , was very accommodating. He answered every call and made our stay pleasant and stress free. I have no regrets. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a good location for a good price in the big apple.
Fantastic quirky apartment in an unbelievable location!
We had an amazing time and would definitely look to stay there on our next visit.
Perfect location for our stay, it couldn't have been any better as we spent most of our time in around LES and Brooklyn. The apt had all we needed, end of story. Thanks for having us!
We had a great nine nights in Sara's apartment.
The location is perfect. Close to subway and easy walking distance to loads of great bars and restaurants.
The apartment was tidy, with most things we needed available. For the price we payed it was great value!
The only thing I would mention is the floor could do with a clean and some kitchen utensils were unwashed... Also no kettle to make a cup of tea. These were just minor things, otherwise a great place and would not hesitate to book again. :)
Roomy East Village, Great Block! The perfect description... Great communication, great place to be, made us feel at home and hard to leave... ;)
Sara's apartment was great for a five day weekend in NYC. Great location, well connected to the subway to get all over town which made it a great home base. It was very warm in the city when I was visiting but the AC in the unit made the heat a non-issue. Though it is close to a few busy streets for those who live in big cities noise should not be a bother.
I would certainly stay again next time I pass through the city!
Sara's apartment was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. It was the perfect place for a couple to spend a few days in the big apple in an interesting and convenient neighborhood. Francis, the apartment's caretaker, was very accommodating and helpful.
We had a nice stay at Sara's apartment. It was well located, close to subways and nice bars and restaurants, and contrary to what other people said it wasn't noisy, that street was quiet although it's a neighborhood where there's a lot of animation. We have loved staying in the east village cause it feels like your being a part of NYC life, artist neighborhood we felt it was relaxing to be here after the visits in the agitated midtown. Sara and her caretaker were great as we asked to check in and out quite late. The place is big enough for two people, and the bed is comfy. We had plenty of space to put our clothes. it's true the building would need to be renovated a bit so don't be surprised when you came in, cause Sara's place is much better than the lobby. if go there grab a coffee at the little shop at the corner !!!
