Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away.

It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe.

We have a very simple check in process and no check out “chore" list for guests.

We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.

The space
We paid special attention to every detail to be sure your visit is seamless and super comfortable. You will find a desk in each bedroom for your work needs, WIFI, 3 Televisions; two with 125 Dish Network channels and one smart TV. There is Bluetooth music in the main bathroom to enjoy while you soak in the Whirlpool tub and use the rainfall shower head. Please note: the refrigerator ice maker is not connected. There is an ice tray available and stores to purchase bagged ice within a short walking distance.

Our dog Louise lives upstairs with us. You may see her outside in the fenced deck area from time to time. She may bark to say hello, but she is never outside unattended. She’s people shy and will not approach. She can be playful inside and it is possible guests may hear her bark or zoom around upstairs on occasion.

We did not check the box to designate our rental space as pet friendly, but we did not check the box to designate as not pet friendly, either.

We are open to conversation about accepting well adjusted, non-shedding dogs on a case by case basis. In the event we accept your dog, we will request that you cover the furniture with provided extra linens. An additional $25.00 pet cleaning fee will be required. Guests MUST communicate intentions to bring a dog and be approved to do so.

Our fenced in outdoor space is not for guest’s dogs to use as an off leash potty area. We ask guests to please walk their dogs in the neighborhood for potty breaks if we approve them to stay. *No cats permitted*

The downside to our off-street parking: The driveway is not paved, it is gravel. When we have heavy rain, or snow melt, the driveway can get muddy in some spots.
