Come stay in our 4-bed, 2.5 bath cabin in Zephyr Cove on Lake Tahoe! Recently remodeled with a mixed modern and rustic feel. Access National Forest Land out the back gate. A short walk or drive to Nevada Beach and Round Hill Beach. Quick access to South Lake Tahoe, casinos, restaurants, and Heavenly Gondola to hit the slopes. Also, relax in our 6-person hot tub!

Please note, we have an onsite caretaker in a separate apartment on the first floor that can assist with your stay as needed.

The space
Perfect for a family vacation or retreat! Our vacation home is a unique gem, which has a gigantic bear mural, a yard and direct backyard access to the forest, two balcony decks, an attached hot tub area, a large kitchen with double oven, and dining room with seating for 9.

The airbnb rental is on the second two floors of the house. The second floor has a living room, dining, room, and kitchen as well as two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with three twin beds). The third floor has a loft with a full bed and a master suite with a king bed.

The first floor of the house is a separate residence with a caretaker. The caretaker cleans between stays, takes care of the property, and can assist with your stay if needed.

This is a private 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom airbnb rental located on the second and third floor of the property.

No parties or outdoor music. Noise ordinances starting at 8PM are strictly enforced.

No more than 9 people (including children).

3 vehicles allowed on property. Parking passes will be provided. when snowfall is on the ground, only two snow-worthy vehicles will fit.

Douglas County provides substantial fines for noise ordinance violations in addition to fines up to $500 for parking on the road.

Please note we have a caretaker in a separate apartment on the first floor of the house (with separate entrances and exits from the airbnb rental). Please avoid playing loud music after 8PM.
