About me: I've lived in NYC for over 8 years, including going to school here. I will be available should you have any questions about what to do, where to go, where to eat, where to drink, where to dance, where to shop, and any other recommendations or suggestions you might need! I've been here long enough to have done it all!
it was really good place. geo and jen are so nice and friendly.
i had a great memory at there place.
정말 괜찮은 곳이었습니다
호스트들은 친절했고 특히나 세심한 배려가 마음에 들었습니다
좋은 추억을 만들고 와서 대만족!!
Good stay. Practical (basic) flat in a very nice area!
The host was available to any question.
This is a perfect place to stay in Manhattan. Aside from the ideal location, Geo's place has everything you need to be comfortable and self sufficient while visiting. He was very flexible with check-in and check-out times and made everything really easy! I will definitely come back next time I'm in NYC!
We were in NYC for a long weekend and had a fantastic time. Geo's place is a perfect home base. All of our friends that we saw were jealous that we were staying in Alphabet City, it is a very cool area, and also not a bad walk to other cools spots or the subway. Geo and Jen made the stay easy, would definitely stay here again.
The apartment was just as it looks in the photos. It was very clean and I had everything I needed. The host was very responsive and flexible. Also, very friendly. I would stay again for sure!
Had an excellent 4 night stay at Geo's place. The wine and granola bars were a wonderful touch, and a warm welcome. The apartment is in close proximity to all the amazing restaurants that the East Village & ABC have to offer. 9th Street Espresso is nearby, and has amazing coffee. Overall my stay was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again :) Thanks Geo!
Geo was a great host. Geo was very responsive and helpful of all questions and inquiries. The apartment is a cozy one on a quiet street located in such a great and lively area. Great stay, would definitely recommend this one!
Geo's studio is in a lively area close to Tompkins Square Park, with all the shops you need in close distance. Next subway station (L line) is about 15 minutes to walk. Also in walking distance is the Lower Eastside with famous places like Katz's Delicatessen, Lombardi's Pizzeria (oldest in USA), Economy Candy Store, or the Tenement Museum. Climbing the stairs to Geo's apartment with two suitcases of 50 lbs each was tough, but manageable. We were friendly welcomed by Jen, Geo's friend, who showed us everything and gave us hints regarding the surroundings. She offered us a bottle of red wine and had information material for tourists ready (event magazine, subway map, New York guide book). The studio is equipped with everything you need for a short-term stay (except a TV, which we did not miss). Wi-Fi was working properly. To summarize, a good place to stay in Manhattan.
