Old Seminole Heights is the best! An urban comeback - much like the Mission District in San Francisco, the neighborhood has been voted as one of the top in the nation by Southern Living! We are a city within a city, and the beautiful, tree-lined streets are lined with charming restored bungalows. We are home to many Artists and Entrepreneurs, and new local businesses are popping up every week.

Very close to Downtown, highway 275, I-4 and local bus routes.

Guests have full use of the home, Wifi, Printer, Netflix, Wifi TV, laundry, and full kitchen privileges.

I am available to host and show you around if needed in the evenings or on weekends.

Getting Around

2 minutes to the nearest onramp of highway 275, 2 miles to I-4 and a short walk to local bus routes. I also use Uber and Lyft often to get around and highly recommend both to guests who don't have a car. Download the Apps on your phone and set up your account ahead of time. Cheaper, faster alternatives to traditional taxis!
