We had a great time at Linda's home. She took care of everything that we needed. The house was perfect for our stay. Close to the shopping center but not close enough that we had to deal with the noises of traffic. The house is far back of the property so that gave us lots of privacy. She also suggest on where to eat, shop, and places to go. For most of us this is a big deal as this would save time as most vacations we had are always not long enough, any local knowledge and recommendation is a plus. Will definitely stay at her home again on our next trip.

This was a last minute transfer from my original booking, and I appreciate the host Linda taking me in at such last minute. The Koki frogs in the Hilo side of the island can get very loud at night (so consider yourself forewarned), but I was used to noises as such and quickly adjusted. Nicely tucked away houses in the neighborhood.
Linda was very friendly and helpful. Allowing us to visit her own home, treating us to some fruits she grew herself. She also provided advice on events and places we could do. Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely recommended.
This was an intriguing house and location. We arrived in the dark and luckily I had excellent directions I'd obtained from Google, as the signs and turns are confusing. Once we got used to the location, we enjoyed our stay in the open, airy home, quite far from the quiet road in nice woods. Hostess was great- we communicated easily by text, and the house was in excellent condition when we arrived. About 3 miles from an excellent shopping center and 7 miles from downtown Hilo.
We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and spent 8 nights at the Hale O-Ula-s 3 bed 2 bath in Keeau. We really enjoyed our stay a lot: Linda is very friendly and helpful; the house is in a great location and on a big acreage (we could let the kids run outside without any fear of traffic). The rooms are large, nice and clean. What more can you ask for? I definitely recommend her place to stay! Mahalo, Michael
