LG 1 bed, 2 bath condo located in Pavilion - Zona Romantica's newest condo development. The king size bed ensures a good night's rest while the Smart TVs, & WiFi keep you connected. Outdoor balcony with cafe seating & ocean views for morning coffee or mimosas!
Fully stocked kitchen with granite & S/S appliances. Gas range & dishwasher. Very close to all the bars & action!

The space
The unit itself, any Pavilion common areas, which include 2 pools (one is a rooftop with amazing ocean views), the gym, the BBQ & lounge area, 2 spas on the rooftop, and the lobby/greeting area.

The Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th floor terrace features a sparkling lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas and a seating area. The separate rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, jacuzzi, bar, BBQ and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica.

Other things to note
Pavilion has a doorman upon arrival. You will be greeted by a host to show you around the unit and the common areas.
The doorman is there 24/7, and there is a coded access entry available if doorman is away from his desk.

Pavilion is close to everything. The beach is out the door and 2 blocks to your right..... coffee? New York Deli is right outside on the corner. Prefer Starbucks? There is one of those too! Nightlife? There is an entire street of bars directly behind us one block over. Don’t be afraid to eat from the vendors, or you will miss some very authentic, Mexican styled food!
Glam it up by hitting up some of the best restaurants around! All within a few blocks as well. There is a list in the manual, or ask the doorman or host.
La Dolce Vita & Tre Piatti are our favorites!

I live in PV, Mexico with my amazing husband, Mark. The original “Dream House” is our family home in California where 3 of our 5 children grew up. With our family becoming larger (7 grand babies!) we wanted different places to go for memories. I enjoy decor & design, so each rental has its own unique theme and charm.
