I AM WAITING FOR YOU!
From Nov 01, 2015 - Mar 31, 2016 the minimum stay is 1 night.
Giulia was very helpful, the place was clean and right next to the train station which was excellent if you are going to explore Cinque Terre.
Giulia was a awesome host, she prepared everything very well and gave us all the best information about Cinque Terre.
The breakfast in the patisserie "Silvana" next to the apartment was wonderful!
When I arrived, Giulia gave me a thorough background on what I needed to know in the unit. She has a personality that makes you feel welcome. The unit was very clean and the bed so comfortable. The unit was very close to the railway station - across the road - and it was safe to go to and from there.
This apartment provided what it listed. It is very well located near the train station but at the same time the area is ugly and full of grafity. The breakfast was contracted to some near cafe. In the corner street my wife had an encounter with a pickpocket girl. Although we visited some of the beautiful areas of the city I will not recommend staying in La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre as we did.
Giulia has a spacious and comfortable apartment with excellent amenities. Plus, the location is super close to the La Spezia Station, just a few minutes walk. Giulia and her husband were very nice and helpful with my stay and visit. I enjoyed myself there and would recommend it!
Room was clean and nice, though basic, and in a very convenient location for using as a base to visit Cinque Terre. It's literally across the street from the train station. With the windows open it could be loud, but with them closed and using the AC, we didn't have a problem.
The setup included all the amenities we needed including laundry and wifi.
The host was quite helpful and pointed us to Porto Venere for our first night's entertainment.
We arrived at La Spezia and followed the directions that Giulia had provided us. The place was easy to find and the directions were simple and accurate.
We were greeted by Silvia, Giulia's sister, and she showed us our room and gave us the do's and don'ts. She was also most willing to give us directions and suggestions about what to do there. She also helped us plan for the next days visit to Cinque Terre.
We also got to meet Giulia and Silvias parents, who are very friendly and welcoming. The hosts friendly approach can really make or break the whole experience. They were lovely people and their place is comfortable and convenient.
About the bnb itself - it was everything that is given in the description on the website and more. It was very clean and well maintained. The room is big, bright and there is lots of sunlight and ventilation (something I am particular about). The hosts definitely take their business seriously and the extra effort shows. The neighbourhood is quite, even though it is just off the main road. To our surprise, there was breakfast at a little café downstairs also thrown in in the package. It is also a perfect place to stay and move around to see the villages of Cinque Terre and the small town of Porto Venere.
We enjoyed our stay at Giulia's place and we will surely recommend it to anyone planning to go to Cinque Terre.
