Ruvi couldn't have been more helpful.Really nice central location ,clean and pleasant apartment.
We stayed in Ruvi apartement for only one night. We found it was very functionel, with a an equiped kitchen and (email hidden)e apartement is located at the center of Oxford, really great location. We booked it at the last minute and Ruvi was really quick to answer and gave us all the instructions needed. The only down side were the towels, you should bring your own towels... Overall nice place to stay.
The flat was spacious and well kept. We didn't get to meet Ruvi but his directions were really clear and we had no problem finding the place and getting inside. The location is perfect for visiting Oxford and it is right next to the bus station so getting to the surrounding areas and London is really easy. We would definitely think about staying here again if we return to Oxford.
Very enjoyable experience overall. Ruvi had a centrally located flat that was very clean and ready upon arrival. I would definitely recommend the flat for anyone visiting Oxford!
We did not meet Ruvi during our visit to Oxford. He was out of the country and had an arranged process to check in. He was responsive to our questions and messages. It appeared that there were multiple people staying in his flat while he was away. He had sheets and towels set aside for the following people. I am not confident that there was any professional cleaning done between visitors. The location was wonderful for Oxford and the building was safe and quiet.
Unfortunately Ruvi was away but he was prompt on email communication. His apartment was nicely located and easy to find. More than enough space for two of us. It is a good location to enjoy Oxford life. Only downside is that our plane was delayed severely and didn't get to Oxford till after 10 pm. I did not feel so good to buzz his neighbors whom I have never met or interacted.
About the Host, Ruvi
I am a lecturer in law at the University of Reading School of Law; I also have academic affiliations to the Institute for Advance Legal Study, University of London and to the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford, where I previously read for my DPhil (doctorate) in human rights law. I maintain a well-kept designed refurbished and well-lit top-floor one-bedroom flat, with a balcony. The flat is as central as it can get - without being noisy as it is facing Beaumont street. I like to 'exploit' all the riches of the dreaming spires - intellectual, culinary, and natural, and am fortunate to have them within a few minutes' walk. It would be my great pleasure to recommend sites and bites both on and off the beaten Oxford track. I travel quite often, in Europe and beyond, and so would be delighted to open my home to you.
