The perfect location to see Boston, close proximity to the airport, trains, and easy walking to restaurants. We loved our two days of sightseeing in Boston, a beautiful city. . A lovely deck to enjoy the summer evenings. The write up says that there are two beds, so please be aware that one of the beds is a camp cot, not a real bed, and that the bathroom is shared with the host.
I completely enjoyed staying at Harvard's Doll House. Elizabeth was there to greet me, orient me to the lovely space, and help me navigate the neighborhood. The Doll House is neat and nicely appointed. I was traveling for business and the Doll House was just a few steps from my work destination. The neighborhood is very pedestrian friendly and the Doll House is within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and a grocery store, etc. I enjoyed the peace & quiet inside the Doll House and the energy of the neighborhood. My favorite spot to perch was the front porch! Thank you, Elizabeth
Our host (Elizabeth) was wonderful. She immediately made us feel right at home. The room is spacious with lots of natural light and a beautiful blacony. The house is simply gorgeous - it has lots of old world charm and is really tastefully decorated. I couldnt have asked for a more lovely stay - a look forward to returning. The house in a great location (just off union square) with lots of restaurants, and coffee shops just a stones throw (1 minute walk). I loved it. Thanks Elizabeth !;-)
Schönes sauberes Appartement mit toller Dachterrasse. Man kommt gut zu Fuss nach Havard und öffentlich nach Boston. Nette Vermieterin.
She was very flexible about letting us check in rather late and was there to show us around the living space. She is very friendly! The house is as beautiful as in the pictures, and it is very clean and well kept. The neighborhood and house felt safe and cozy. It's close to bus stops that can connect to T stations. I did my due diligence before choosing an Airbnb for family to come to commencement, and it definitely paid off.
About the Host, Elizabeth
I work as a Chauffeur and Bostonian tour guide. I've driven lots of famous people and they're usually not as interesting as a stretch limo full of 11 year old girls.
The activities I enjoy the most are Pilates, hiking/glamping, body surfing, clam digging, rock collecting, traveling, reading, art/music and just hanging out with my friends and family.
I have a collection of dictionaries and I love vintage purses, old movies and dark comedy
