711 is a modern, 1 bedroom condo unit with everything you need for the perfect getaway. Just 2 blocks from the beach, this condo is beautifully decorated in Mexican decor, balcony has 180 degree ocean views, living space with smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove and oven, & necessary appliances. Two bathrooms with large showers, and 1 bedroom with king bed (en suite bathroom). Safe located in closet, and washer & dryer inside unit.

Guest will have access to secure lobby area with 24 hour concierge, security door access with code, elevator, common areas, lap pool located on 5th floor, gym, jacuzzi, and secondary pool located on 8th floor. BBQ area and sunbeds also available on 8th floor.
