  • Jenny is a wonderful host. After meeting me at the bus stop she drove me to some points of interest (especially a Welsh Quilt Studio). Jenny provided breakfast, fruit, etc. Thank you Jenny for inviting me into your home and being generous with your time. I will certainly recommend you too other Aussies. Lyn

  • Jenny was a delightful host - friendly, easy to converse with and very accommodating during our short stay.

The rooms were comfortable, tastefully decorated and themed from Jenny's travels, and the breakfast was fantastic - including local jam and eggs, as well as fresh fruit from the garden.

We really enjoyed our short stay at The Nomad's Rest, and would love to return in the future.

  • What a lovely room in a lovely Welsh Rural setting. Jenny was a lovely hostess, the room was tidy and the breakfast delicious. Just bee careful to close the gate so the sheep don't get in.

Hi! I moved to Wales after working around the world and am enjoying life in the peace and tranquility of the country. When I'm not still working, I enjoy singing, learning Welsh, walking and gardening. And getting to know new people. I speak fluent French and Catalan, and apart from Welsh can manage a bit of German, Italian, Spanish.
