The space
Right off I-35! Enjoy a beautiful & quite 3 bed, 2 bath home! It is ideally set for family reunion, business traveling, relocation. Front & back yard with landscaping, an amazing swimming pool is ready for swimming! Wi-Fi, within 5 miles of essentials, a 180 years old small town, lakes & parks around. 20 minutes from DFW international airport. Self check-in, coffee maker, pans, warm or cold AC, shampoo, body wash, closets with hangers, towels, comfy beds, pillows, washer/dryer and laundry detergent provided

The entire property is open to be used except the car garage and the added up storage room on the upper level.

Other things to note
-We will ask you to send us a booking request, and ask you some personal questions. We may need to know your full name, which city you currently live, and the purpose of staying.

-We limit occupancy to those listed on the reservation and require prior pet approval (need to know breed, size, age for each pet, if applicable). We charge $200 pet fee for the entire stay, and it will be requested separately.

-Some important things we always mention to our guests before booking:
Maintain a quiet environment during guests stay is very important for our neighbors and us.
The quiet hours for the swimming pool and backyard area are from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am. The using of the swimming pool is from 10am to 10pm.

-No hot tub in the yard.

-We have installed a noiseaware device to monitor the noise level inside/out. If the noise is over the city standards, we will send you a text message or even call to remind.

-There is one security cameras is located in front yard, outside of the dining area window.

-We also want you to know that the floor of living area is one step lower than the rest of the space, be careful your step!

-Guests will not park in front of neighbors, and please leave a space for mailman to avoid city fine.

Neighborhood highlights

We have a well established middle class community. Peaceful and friendly. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. My favorite eat place is a Mexican restaurant, called Martinez Abarrotes & Grill, which is about 4 minutes driving.
My home is very easy to get on HI way I-35.
