Life is easy in this modern, self-catering apartment with all amenities to cater for a comfortable holiday. You will fall in love with the breathtaking panoramic views of False Bay and nearby mountains. A convenience store is located in the building.

The space
We have fibre!! The 2 bedroom modern apartment offers an open-plan lounge, kitchen fitted with a 2 plate induction glass top for cooking small meals and heating up food in the microwave. Connect with the family and share your daily adventures whilst enjoying your meals at the dining table. Comfortable rooms offer a queen size bedroom with full shower-in bath en-suite and double bedroom with a family bathroom. Both rooms have ample built-in cupboards, so no need to feel cramped, living out of a suitcase during your stay. Enjoy the television in the evenings or surf the web on the available (fibre internet with UPS). The building does not have an elevator so you will have to carry your suitcases up three flights of stairs. A garage is provided in the complex for safe parking for a small/medium sized car.

Guest access
Guests have access to our entire apartment located on the 3rd floor of a complex located 3 blocks from the beach. You will have access to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. A small balcony is accessible through stacker doors in the master bedroom. There is no elevator in the building so you will have to carry your suit cases up 3 flights of stairs.

Other things to note
Baboons frequent the town in search of easy food rewards. Ensure you are aware of the laws and protocols regarding wildlife and waste disposal. Baboons can open car doors, will grab your bag, will access homes, enters through windows quietly, easily climb up gutters and poles. If you forget to do research, please remind your host to inform you. Note: all for food, not interested in us at all..
