This VERY CLEAN and updated cabin with Central Heat and Air in the Mountains of Maggie Valley, NC. Your vacation starts in a private setting with easy paved roads. You will enjoy fabulous mountain views from the great room and master bedroom, as well as when you are relaxing in the hot tub, or dining on the deck while watching the colorful songbirds or occasional black bear that visits the property.
Our cleaning fee includes a ready to go hot tub and we provide plenty of firewood for your stay!
The space
You will be located only minutes away from many popular attractions such as the Biltmore House and Gardens in Asheville, Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrah’s Casino, Blue Ridge Parkway, numerous championship golf courses, horseback riding, exciting whitewater rafting, snow skiing on Cataloochee Mountain, Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Railroad, gem mining, as well as delightful craft and antique shopping and dining in Asheville, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, and Dillsboro. Viewing the elk in Cataloochee Valley or around town is also a wonderful treat.
After a day of hiking, sightseeing activities and fun, you will appreciate all the amenities of this Non-Smoking one level home such as central heat and air conditioning, wood floors throughout, wood burning fireplace, refrigerator, electric oven/stove, microwave and full size washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen also includes granite countertops and everything you would need for a gourmet dinner. Besides relaxing in the step-down great room, which has lots of floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the wonderful view, you may want to enjoy the 50" Smart TV for streaming, DVD or wireless internet access for all your electronic devices. The master bedroom includes a new comfy (read reviews) king size bed with a tiled walk in shower in the master bathroom. It also features a 50” flat screen Smart TV and private deck with chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while reading or taking in the crisp morning air, catching up on your devices or watching the songbirds. The second bedroom includes a comfy king size bed, 42" Smart TV and also has a private bath.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $125. The fee will be sent and collected via the Airbnb resolution center. In order to prevent separation anxiety-induced damage from your usually well-behaved pets, we ask that you either take your pets with you or crate them when you are not going to be with them. We provide pet blankets, toys bowls and treats but prefer pets not on the furniture.

We have those little extras covered, like for those with allergies, we use MERV 13 air filters in the cabin that captures bacteria, fine dust, smoke, smog, dander, mold spores, allergens, and virus carriers. Cleanliness is very important to us and know you will find the cabin to be very clean.
Pets are welcome with a $125 non-refundable pet fee. Fee will be sent and collected via the Airbnb resolution center. In order to prevent separation anxiety-induced damage from your usually well-behaved pets, we ask that you either take your pets with you or crate them when you are not going to be with them. There is a gate installed on the deck. Pets should not be left unattended on the deck. Pet owners are responsible for any damages done by their pets.
We are the owners and NOT a local host, property manager or investors so we truly care about our guest and property. If there is any issue, we are responsive and will address it immediately.
