Our charming luxury Victorian apartment is a perfect combination of tradition & modernity. Relax on the balcony or in our sandstone courtyard and step into our backlane for a breathtaking view of the Harbour Bridge with uninterrupted views of NYE fireworks from the rear courtyard. Walking distance to all Sydney’s famous tourist attractions: Harbour Bridge, Opera House, The Rocks, Barangaoo, Darling Harbour, shopping centre, best local restaurants & cafes.

The space
This spacious heritage-listed Victorian terrace house was built in the 1860s. It has been refreshed, restored and renovated by a team of dedicated heritage architects and builders in 2017. Our two bedroom apartment is perfect quiet hideaway with original sandstone walls on the lower ground level, polished original timber floor, brand new appliances, marble kitchen bench tops and a luxury marble bathroom.

Our place is located in Dawes Point, one of Sydney's oldest neighbourhoods. The area was a thriving port town for much of the 1800s and 1900s. Enjoy its unique charm as you explore historical buildings, cobbled streets and some of Sydney's oldest pubs. It commands an unbeatable central location in the heart of Sydney. It is within walking distance to Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Barangaroo Reserve, Walsh Bay, The Rocks, Darling Harbour and Sydney CBD. The area is also home to Sydney Theatre Company, Sydney Observatory and the Barangaroo restaurant precinct. Despite its proximity to the CBD, Dawes Point has retained a quiet, neighbourhood feel that's sure to make your stay feel extra-special.
