Please Note: A CASH cleaning fee of $25. to be left for stays of 5 days or less. $50. to be left for the cleaning girl for all stays of 6 days or longer. Thank you so much!
This is a nice, chill building. People don't come to party, they come to relax or get some quiet work done or to write. Please be on that wavelength. Please don't smoke anywhere on the property (smokers usually take a little walk around the block to smoke). There is a curfew of 10:00 pm on the porches in order to be respectful of our neighbors. And please do not park next to the blue house to the North. They have 3 small children and it makes it difficult for them if people park in front of their driveway or next to their house, thanks so much.
We're an urban neighborhood so, if you're bringing a car, don't leave anything visible inside overnight or it might not be so good in the morning.
Please feel free to contact me if you need anything at all while you are here. I will be happy to help with whatever you need!
