Welcome to Equinox Farms! Take a break from the world in this cozy Tipi! Filled with the necessities, you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee over looking the arena filled with our therapy animals. The Tipi allows you to enjoy a unique experience and get a feel for true camping with the comfort feeling of being at home!

Keep in mind this is a tent structure and you are camping! Some things are out of our control such as surrounding animal noises and daily farm life routines.

The space
Welcome to The Tipi at Equinox Farms!

***Please read the entire listing, house rules, and other details before booking! It is your responsibility to decide for you and your family if this is the right space for you! By booking, you are agreeing to all house rules, conditions out of our control, and elements you will be exposed to.***

When arriving you will be driving up a one lane drive way and down a gravel path to the end of our property. We send detailed check in instructions several days in advanced so you know before you arrive! All delivery trucks and service trucks have no problem accessing the property-Just a heads up to drive slowly when entering the property.

The tipi is the closest space to the animals. You will wake up with them right outside the tipis cloth door. They love to be petted and loved on from outside the arena.

We offer private farm tours the day you arrive so if you would like additional time and a special meet and greet, just shoot us a message and we will provide more info! We can also work with you for special events, trips, or moments during your stay. We have helped with over four engagements, surprise birthday parties, and surprise set ups for any special occasion. We LOVE making your trip that much more special.
Please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if this is something you are interested in so we can lock in your idea and timing.

In The Tipi:
The Tipi is a cozy and much larger space when seen in person. It has a comfortable queen bed and separate futon with plenty of space for sleeping bags and an air mattress (can be provided for a $10 rental fee). We provide extra bedding, blankets, pillows, and cozy throws to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or glass of wine on the porch. There is a small fan provided but there is NO air conditioning!
-No Wifi access
-Check the weather in Fallbrook, California during the dates you plan on staying and plan accordingly. Please keep in mind this is a tipi on a farm.
There is an opening at the top of the tipi and you are on a wooden deck. You will be somewhat exposed to the elements due to the nature of the structure itself. This is out of our control.

Your coffee bar is stocked with coffee, sugar, creamer, and hot tea. We provide the necessities suck as fresh reverse osmosis water, paper towels, sunscreen, wipes, bug spray (both natural and store bought), and coffee mugs.

Decorated with lots of vibey rugs and sitting poufs, it is the perfect place to meditate, practice yoga, or just take a break from the world. The property is four acres and you are welcome to walk around and explore. The sunrises and sun sets at the farm are out of this world!
-Off limit spaces are listed in House Rules
With tons of fruit trees, wild nettle, wild mustered seed, and our free range piggies, chickens, and ducks hanging out you are sure to run into something that will make you smile.

The Goddess Bathhouse:
This is your shower room. There is NOT a toilet in the bathhouse. This is also a shared space with the other guests on the property. There is a lock for privacy, it is cleaned daily, and stocked with soap, towels, wash cloths, paper towels, shampoo, and conditioner. This is a shared space-please be kind to the other guests and clean up after yourself when finished.
-I HIGHLY recommend bringing a cheap pair of flip flops to wear in the shower house.

The Bathroom is a Porta-Potty. It is serviced by and outside company and cleaned daily and stocked with soap and essentials. It is located by the bathhouse. You do have to walk about 20 yards to access it and it is down a small dirt path. Please keep this in mind when booking with small children.

We have a beautiful community space called The Forum. You have a fire pit, comfy chairs, and tables to relax at and enjoy. We highly recommend enjoying a glass of wine under The Forum while the sun sets. The animals hang out directly in front of the space. Don't forget your s'mores kits!!

The farm is a magical place and a great way to experience animals, farm life, and camping all in one.

-We recommend sending us any additional questions you might have about this listing. We are here to answer any and all questions. Please keep in mind this is a family owned farm that was established before "Airbnb" was a thing. We are not a hotel-we simply love sharing the animals healing powers and love and this special space with our guests. Please be courteous with requests and what we can do in the amount of time we have. We do our best to be as available as possible and here for you as much as we can!
