We own the building, and the other tenants are full time. We have updated and furnished this unit knowing its location makes it a great Vacation Rental. As you can see we own other vacation rentals (all with views or near water) and have experience in these kind of rentals.
Note to Travelers: There is just over a flight of stairs to the unit from the carport.
PARKING: There is one carport parking. The carport can be tight for a SUV, but for the most part there is street parking.

My girlfriend and i throughly enjoyed staying at this apt. True to the title, you can "walk it all", the amenities were great, home was impeccably clean, and our host was extremely kind and engaging. Would definitely recommend!!
Great apartment. Nice water view, excellent location (about a 10 minute walk to downtown Sausalito). Would definitely stay here again.
We found the location to be great for our family. We enjoyed nice walks around town and then hope in to the car for easy access to SF and the Marin Headlands. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfy!
We came to a cute and clean place with the water view. The parking space is a challenge. Had a hard time opening the front door. Disappointed not to find some essentials that would make our stay comfortable. Four towels and one wash cloth for 4 guests no hand towels. No hair dryer, shampoo, etc., only one mirror in the whole house which is the mirror in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. No trash can in one of the rooms. These are little things that do not cost too much but will definitely make the guests comfortable.
the place was great, clean and very well located. Great experience.
On the pricey side but worth the money.
The place was spotless, well maintained and exactly as pictured. It was very convenient to the rest of Sausalito and to Muir Woods and Mount Tam. Brenda's place was very comfortable, tidy, and lovely. The parking garage was a challenge in the dark, if you are arriving late - and just park on the street. It is very safe. Thank you so much. We had a wonderful stay.

We are family of 5 and love Tahoe & Sausalito. We like to be able to walk to water and bike or hike in the mountains. Both Sausalito and Tahoe offer that in a snap. A morning stand up paddle and then hike or bike in the hills with great food and music nearby and then cozy up to a fire in the fireplace when back home. Enjoy horseback riding or a boat ride, all at our finger tips. Music & Art Festivals. Sausalito and/or Tahoe are the answer . Welcome to our neighborhood...our home.
