Delphine and her husband are amazing host.

The terrace is one of the best part: the panorama from there is astonishing!
The products of their bakery are fantastic, we ate chocolate croissant every morning in the patio , looking at the rice fields.. priceless.
The walking time to Ubud Palace is about 20-25 minutes.
I definitely recommend Pondok Dolpine!
Mu girlfriend had an amazing three night stay here. Would have loved to stay longer if we could. Delphine was an amazing host, she responded promptly to every question we had about Ubud and the place. The pictures don't do it justice, even better in reality. And don't forget to order fresh baked goods from them! Delivered to your door. Great place, great stay. What air bnb is all about.
Delphine is a wonderful host! Whenever I had a question, she would respond promptly. The place is as advertised. Awesome scenery! She and her husband are bakers so I recommend you take advantage this by having freshly baked goods delivered to your door daily.
My girlfriend and I spent three days at Delphine's place in August 2015 and we just loved it! The flat is on the upper floor with a huge terrace with amazing view on Ubud's surroundings. The bedroom is huge and very nicely decorated, as it is the bathroom. The flat is just lovely, even nicer than how it looks like from the posted pictures. It is also quite close to Ubud's centre (15 mins walk), in a quite and beautiful location.
Everything was spot on at our arrival, the flat being very clean and tidy. The communication with Delphine was excellent: she always replied promptly to our emails and we received in advance very detailed information on how to find the place.
Absolutely recommend for your stay in Ubud!
Love this place! Really do. And would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked the week after my original stay. I came to Ubud to relax and work. The apartment is private and nice, just as the title states. It has a beautifully designed bedroom and bathroom, a wonderful shower with hot water, and a great patio/ lanai with a small kitchen and fridge. And maybe best of all, you can order fresh, delicious bread and croissants right to your door every morning. It was wonderful. There is a nice table on the lanai that can be used for either eating, or in my case working, and the internet works great. I only have compliments about this place. And Delphine is wonderful. Very easy going and a great host. I can't recommend this place enough.
One tip, unless you like walking like I do, possibly rent a motorbike, as it's a 15-20 minute walk down the hill into the hustle and bustle of Ubud (restaurants, shopping, etc). I didn't do this, as I enjoyed the walk down past the rice fields, small shops, etc. and would either catch an Uber car back up the hill or grab a local taxi. Uber is cheaper, but not always available.
Thank you Delphine for being an awesome host. I look forward to returning some day.
Much prettier that in pictures. Terrace is very nice. Close to the centar of Ubud.
About the Host, Delphine
My husband & I moved to Bali beginning of 2014. After coming many times in holidays, we decided to change our lives from France and move in this place we love so much. We enjoy living here because of the beauty & the tranquility of the nature.
We are fascinated by the Balinese culture and the gastronomy.
The most we like, is the gentleness of the Balinese people and how they are always smiling and treating you like you are part of their family. We are so grateful to live in this magical island.
