Lovely secure apartment no more than 100m from the subway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Lauren, she was very accommodating and helpful. Building is heated which was a plus due to the low temps while we were there. Perfect place to explore and experience New York from.
It was a fantastic experience to stay in New York, and it was made even better by Lauren! She was extremely friendly throughout our entire stay and was extremely helpful. Her apartment was literally seconds away from the subway, which made it simple to move around the city. Fast food places and convenience stores were scattered throughout her neighbourhood, which made it a lot easier to eat in. Not to mention the supermarket that's only a five or so minute walk away from her apartment. All in all, it was an incredible unique New York experience that we would not have had without staying with her. A fantastic host and lovely person all around - a listing well worth considering if you are looking for a place to stay in New York.
Fantastic experience. Lauren had everything perfectly prepared and we felt at home from the get go. The part of town was funky although didn't spend as much time there as we would wish. Definitely will be going back as just too much to do in a week and loved every second of our time there.
A presto, New York!
Everything about my stay at Lauren's house was spotless. She was the perfect host, so nice and helpful! I had forgotten to bring a few things and she lent them to me for as long as I needed, and she was always so attentive to anything I needed/wanted!
The place itself was great (Lauren even let me use her Netflix account :P), really clean and as all the space I needed. And the building being so close to the subway (half a block) was a great advantage! It was also always busy, I could come back late at night and never worry about safety, which was one of my biggest concerns.
Staying at Lauren's definitely made my trip extra special. I have literally nothing bad to say, except that I wish I could've stayed longer :P
Lauren made us feel very welcome and was very accessible and quick to answer any questions we had. The subway is so close, and it was good to get a feel for the neighbourhood. We never felt unsafe walking around or navigating the city. Would recommend her as a host!
