You've found one of the few locally owned beach houses right in the middle of town with a million dollar view. This stellar location gives you everything you need close by: water taxi, restaurants, tour companies, grocery stores, and the beach at your doorstep! Yes, literally, in front of you. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind and explore!
The space
Our beachy downtown haven is set in what was once one of the first hotels on the island. Built by my grandfather, we've recently given the home some love to highlight it's unique local charm. We offer high-speed internet (30megs) that's perfect for working at home, and our entire apartment is fully air-conditioned (a unit in the living room/kitchen area and another unit in the bedroom.

Our one bedroom condo is entirely private and only yours to enjoy. Our guests also have access to a SHARED breezy 40ft balcony. On the balcony you'll find your own gate, hammock and outdoor table, perfect for sipping on some wine or Belizean Belikin beers while watching the town go by.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
SMOKE-FREE BUILDING
Our building is one of San Pedro’s few remaining original buildings, so preserving it is very important to our family. The entire property is smoke-free, but smoking is permitted on the beach, safely away from the building. Thank you for helping us care for this special piece of island history.
HOUSEKEEPING & FRESH LINENS
If you would like a little refresh during your stay, housekeeping is available for US$35 per cleaning. We are also happy to provide complimentary fresh towels and linens whenever needed.
Our housekeeper is usually at the property between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., so requests made during those hours can be handled most quickly. Requests outside this time may take a little longer, but we will always do our best to assist.
UTILITY INTERRUPTIONS
Belize is a developing country, so occasional interruptions to electricity, water, or other public services may occur. These are outside our control, but we will always do our best to assist and keep you informed.
SARGASSUM SEASON
Sargassum season generally runs from April through October, when seaweed may wash ashore unpredictably throughout Belize and the Caribbean. While it can affect the beach, the water is often clearer just beyond it, snorkeling trips remain amazing, the food is still full of flavor, and the people are as warm as ever. We truly appreciate your visit, even when the island has seaweed along the shore.
CANCELLATION POLICY & TRAVEL INSURANCE
As a small, locally owned rental, our cancellation policy helps us remain open and continue welcoming guests. We warmly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case illness, weather, transportation disruptions, or other unexpected events affect your plans.

Location, location, location. Our neighborhood is the heart of the island with so much to offer. It's perfect for exploring, getting to know the locals and moving around easily. Next door we have one of the most popular local favs for ceviche and happy hour. Behind us we have a convenient grocery store, a pharmacy, and an adorable cafe. Within 2 minutes, you'll find the town's Central Park and a myriad of great restaurants. In front of us one of the most well known dive shops and a breezy massage place.
If you're looking to be in the middle of it all but with a beach retreat for peace and quiet, this is the perfect base.
