Rent a room with a private bathroom in a 3 level, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse. Its on 136th on the bay side, which is 4 blocks from the beach, a 10 minute walk. Gorman Park is my back yard, so there is plenty of open space. 1 reserved parking spot is available and plenty on the street.
There are 2 roll away beds in the closet. Also there is a Keurig, and a gas grill with an extra tank .

Great location! The beach is at walking distance. 24/7 Wawa nearby. No problems with checking in. The host was very accommodating.

Paul is an excellent, laid-back, super-helpful host. Communication is top-notch. I've never seen Ocean City during its busy season, but the location appears to be in a quieter neighborhood, which is ideal in my opinion. The room is all one needs.

The place was exactly how it looked in the photos and the rooms were very clean. Paul was great with responding to messages and answering any questions that I had. Great place to stay if you need somewhere to stay!

Our stay at Paul's was outstanding. Paul was so knowledgeable and guided us to find what we were looking around. He was hospitable. His place was near the beach and near everything: gas, groceries, restaurants, etc.... I recommend his place to prospective Ocean City visitors!
