Charming 3BR 1930's home in historic Abingdon. Quiet street 3 blocks from Main St and minutes from highway 81. A mile from VA Creeper Trail, Barter Theatre, The Martha, antique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, Wolf Hills Brewery. 30min from Bristol Speedway, 1hr from Grayson Highlands. Central air, SmartTV+antenna. Full kitchen w/fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee machine. Rocking chairs on front porch await!

The space
Our home is ~1000sf, has three small bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedrooms have blackout curtains. Perfect for a family of 4 or two couples.
Guest access
Guests have access to 3BR, full kitchen, full bathroom, living room with pullout couch, and front porch. Please do not access basement. Washer and dryer are available but we do not provide detergent. Deck is in fair condition...please wear shoes. Front porch is a great spot to sit outdoors and watch passersby on the Abingdon Urban Pathway.
Other things to note
There is a washer and dryer but we do not provide detergent.
Cell coverage (we use Verizon) is good in Abingdon and our Xfinity Internet gets about 20Mbps speed.
Sorry but we cannot accept pets.
No smoking of any kind in house or on property.
We have a security camera in front of the house.
