This 750 square foot mountain contemporary condo is a one bedroom perfect for a couple or a small family that includes...
- Queen bed in a private bedroom
- Memory-foam pullout in the main living area (queen-width, 8" shorter than a queen)
- Duel-entry bathroom: one bedroom entrance & a separate living room entrance
- Full size kitchen with all the furnishings needed to prepare a home cooked meal
- In-unit washer/dryer (Honestly, best for small loads only)
- Gas-operated fireplace

The condo complex
In addition to the unit itself, the complex offers...
- Heated, locked underground parking (One space is reserved for the unit. Please note, oversized /lifted vehicles may not fit in garage, but most vehicles such as Chevy Suburbans and smaller do fit.)
- Community washer/dryer in underground parking area (best for full loads, is coin operated)
- Community hot-tub & pool located ~100 yards from unit.
- Ski/snowboard locker in underground parking garage

In addition to all parts of the condo (minus 1 small owners closet), guests will have access to: one reserved parking spot in the garage, plus one parking pass for the outside lot, one private storage locker within the garage for skis or other similarly sized items, plus access to the newly renovated Columbine community pool and hot tubs.

We will not be available in person unless there is an emergency, but will be accessible by AirBnB messaging or text message if any questions arise.

The unit is in the beautiful and peaceful Warrior's Mark neighborhood. Just steps from the Peak 9 base, Main Street, the Blue River, trails, and more the location enables you to feel like you are in a tranquil setting while still having easy access to the highlights of Breckenridge.

Breckenridge Free Ride - provides free public transit around Breckenridge and the surrounding area.

Summit Stage - provides free public transit to other resorts and towns in Summit county.

The in-unit combo washer/dryer is great for doing small loads of laundry conveniently within the unit. Regular to full sized loads of laundry are best done in the community coin operated units located in the underground garage.

Guest access
In addition to all parts of the condo (minus 1 small owners closet), guests will have access to: one reserved parking spot in the garage, plus one parking pass for the outside lot, one private storage locker within the garage for skis or other similarly sized items, plus access to the newly renovated Columbine community pool and hot tubs. Pool and Hot Tubs closed from resort closing through Memorial Day weekend.
