About this listing
Best location in Rome near Vatican , a few minutes to subway CIPRO or OTTAVIANO.
Apartment on the second floor, fully renovated, and in great location near the Vatican. Quiet and well connected to the center 15 minutes to walk from Piazza del Popolo, 5 minutes to walk from the Vatican museums. internet free.the apartment that overlooks the internal courtyard is quiet and peaceful in the city but away from noise and traffic daily. Your dreams Will be lovely.
my neighborhood is centrally located and very close to the Vatican Museum, just 5 minutes walk away, there is also a large market in the fresh home with many good things. if you rent a car there is a parking fee under the house safely. possibility of ATMs in three different banks near home. a supermarket open until 20:00 very helpful.
Good connection to the city center. Well there are two metro stops OTTAVIANO and CIPRO. The house is between the two metro stops. I suggest you get off at OTTAVIANO and take the CANDIA STREET because there are shops, bars and pizzerias.
Always keep the house in order, do not smoke, always close the doors and windows for security. change of air to the house every morning. do not leave lights on during the day if possible.
I want to share the impressions about this apartment! I will tell honestly, very much it was pleasant to us! Photos are true, to the subway through the yards to go minutes 5-7, opposite to an entrance there is a supermarket where it is possible to buy all necessary, the area quiet and peaceful. We didn't hear neighbors and nobody prevented to sleep! To Vatican a walking step of minutes 15, we even reached the Spanish ladder on foot without special fatigue! The car too is where to park. If I went to Rome once again, with pleasure stopped in this apartment again!
P.s. The breakfast is included that is very pleasant! (Tea, coffee, sweets)
We had a terrific time in Rome, and staying at Luca's place was very comfortable. The television was a big screen, bed was comfortable, and apartment quiet. The location was great-- so close to the Vatican, metro, buses, and groceries wth a delicious Gelateria conveniently downstairs. Luca was helpful and booked us a ride to the airport when it was time to leave. And also helped us with printing our boarding passes. We appreciate it very much. You will love your stay there.
Our daughter and son in law have given us amazing present for our 25-wedding anniversary, the journey to Rome, lasting eight days.
They organized everything, including accommodation in Luca’s apartment near the Vatican. They had chosen really the best possible part of Rome for our accommodation, it couldn’t have been a better choice.
Luca is a really wonderful host, he welcomed us with a full table of gifts on the occasion of our anniversary, we found on the table Easter bread, wine, champagne, Easter chocolate eggs for me and one more for my husband, greeting card, beautiful spring bright colors flowers.
Luca was kind to provide us with Nespresso capsules, there were breakfast items, water to start with....
Luca also booked a car service for us from the airport and back to the airport as well.
His apartment is beautiful, well equipped, comfortable, with nice energy; it's sunny and bright. This apartment is located only a 5-10 min walk away of the nearest Metro station Ottaviano, also 5 minutes walk away from the Vatican, everything is so close from this part of Rome, and we ended up walking pretty much everywhere anyway.
The neighborhood has restaurants, markets, shopping streets.....
Many, many thanks to our daughter and to our son in law for a wonderful and amazing present for our 25 wedding anniversary. Thank you Luca for your hosting and kindnesses, as well.
We can thoroughly recommend this apartment and we will stay here again when we come back to Rome.

Luca was definitely a thoughtful and considerate host. He arranged for a ride from the airport (we were 9 hours late because of mechanical problems) and it was difficult for everyone. It is his home so it feels personal in decor and style. Very nice indeed. The bed was comfortable, there were breakfast items for us, and a bottle of wine. The neighborhood has restaurants, a great indoor market with everything (Mercato Trionfale, a block away). It is in between two metro stops and only four or five blocks from the Vatican museums. We want to thank Luca again for a wonderful stay. Will and Cynthia
A block away from Vatican. Very close to two metro stops. Pharmacy and grocery right across the street. Steps away from the farmers market.
The flat is cozy. He has such a good taste of lighting and arrangement (of course, since he's an architect :)) It feels like living as the real romans. We love Luca's living room the most. We had problem with our wifi for a couple of days because of the previous storm, but Luca was trying his best to fix it and finally provide us with a portable wifi connection. Thanks for that, our search on food got much smoother afterwards. Also, you can find superb local pizza and baked goods around the block like "panificio bonci" or "panificio mosca".
Luca is very friendly. During checked in he gave us a map and few tips. He also arrange our taxi to the airport. And we love the goodies he left. Glad to be able to enjoy some nespresso in the morning before we head out to our adventure.
Luca and his sister Lucy have a nice 1bdr apt very close to the Vatican. They are helpful and respond to any problems rather quickly. I would recommend the apt.
