Located in Glenwood, Maryland, Ellerslie is a 50 acre farm which dates back to 1763 with scenic views, fields of corn and a tranquil stocked pond. Nestled here is a small historic log cabin, built around 1810, that is charming and cozy. It has recently been restored and is equipped with all modern amenities, including a new stainless steel refrigerator and gas stove.

The cabin is perfect for a business person who prefers staying in the country to a city setting or for a weekend getaway.

Where you’ll be

Glenwood, Maryland, United States

We are situated 3 miles south of Route 144, which is a National Historic Road, and Route 70. There are two shopping centers very close by which have restaurants (pizza/ Italian, Subway, Walker's Restaurant), nail spas, beauty salons, liquor store, and a book store. In addition, we are close to Larriland Farm, which sells fresh fruits and vegetables and has "pick your own" opportunities. The 190 acre Western Howard County Regional Park is only 3 minutes away; it offers jogging trails, tennis and basketball courts, sport fields, and 5 pavilions. Historic Savage Mill, a cotton mill complex in Savage, MD, has several restaurants and shops. Dating from 1822, it is on the National Historic Register.
