Architect's villa located in the heart of the residential area of Begur, on a prime location with a panoramic and breathtaking view of the Pyrenees and close to the unique beaches of the Costa Brava.

Light-filled and spacious, this villa built in 2018 is air conditioned, heated pool, and with more than 470 m2 to accommodate up to 10 people. In just a few minutes drive, you reach Begur and its lovely beaches, with all the services and activities nearby for fun as a couple or family.

The space
Casa Lou is a magnificent villa set on two levels. On the first level there is a large playroom/living area where you can relax and have a good time with friends and family. At this level you find a full fitted kitchen (sink, fridge, hob), a flat screen with home theater, game console, billiard, table football, and a cosy living room with a large and comfortable panoramic sectional sofa Il Teatro from Roche Bobois, ideal for napping! There is also a bathroom with natural stone on the wall, a shower, and an integrated wc.

A staircase leads to the second level where you will find a spacious dining and living room with fireplace that opens into a large garden with barbecue on one side, and to the main terrace on the other side, where you will find a cosy corner sofa next to the designer heated pool with its waterfall and its integrated jacuzzi, an idyllic place to relax and sunbathe. The private garden is completely fenced, being safe for the little ones to play at ease and enjoy of the trampoline.
The kitchen, which is fully equipped with double fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, all the necessary utensils for day to day, and a beautiful 6 stool bar, opens into a large terrace comprising an 8-guest table to enjoy your meals in front of a breath-taking view.
Each room has its own shower room with wc, a large comfortable bed, smart TV, and adjustable air conditioning. In addition, large sliding doors enable the access to the terrace with amazing views. The Master suite has a bathtub, double shower, double sink, separate wc, and a large dressing room.

The green roof is the ideal place to relax, with a breath-taking view of the Pyrenees and the Montgrí massif, an idyllic place to read a book, listen to music or do yoga.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board are also at your disposal.
The whole property has been designed for your comfort and thanks to its privileged location (1 km from a shopping center, 3.5 km from downtown Begur and 4 km from its beaches) it will make your well-deserved family vacations unforgettable.
High speed WIFI (optic fiber) is available free of charge for our guests throughout the whole house. Feel free to bring your laptop and stay connected during your stay.

Positioned at the heart of the Empordà district, the town of Begur and its beaches are one of the most wonderful spots on the Costa Brava. The municipality is made up of a number of hills known as the Begur Massif, and a stretch of coastline lapped by the waves of the Mediterranean.
Both Begur old town, with the numerous landmarks that represent the legacy of key points in its history, and the small Romanesque settlement of Esclanyà, as well as the eight coves and small beaches that lie within its boundaries, make up a setting of unrivalled landscape.

Begur is a less than 5 minutes' drive away from Casa Lou, and the beaches of Sa Riera, Sa Tuna or Aiguablava a less than 10 minutes' drive.
