  • My son Josiah is trying to find a long term place & a job in Portland, and Karen has been great. She has opened her home up to him & has been wonderfully accommodating & gone BEYOND the extra mile trying to help him out!
    Thanks Karen.

  • Karen is super kind and her home is very welcoming. The house is very quaint and completely remodeled on the inside. The room is nice and spacious, and the bed is super comfy. The location is super convenient, very near to the max. I would suggest having a car if you stay here. The nearest grocery store (Safeway) is about a mile away.

  • Karen is such a sweetheart! I needed a place to stay as I arrived in Portland and began my house hunting. Karen is very helpful if you need to know anything about the city or different areas. She generously allowed me to use her kitchen and anything I needed. I really appreciated having an affordable place to stay with a good internet connection while figuring out where I wanted to live on a long-term basis here. Karen's motherly energy will make you feel right at home. Thank you, Karen!

  • My boyfriend, baby, and I would highly recommend a stay with Karen! She was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The house was cute, clean and very comfy. The upstairs room that we stayed in was spacious and had a very warm ambiance as well as an exceptionally comfortable bed with down pillows. The internet worked well, the atmosphere was very homey, and the hostess couldn't have been more inviting or accommodating; she even offered us some of her home brewed kombucha! What more could you want?

  • I had a great time at Karen's place. Her place is lovely, close to the max line and buses downtown, and she is a very welcoming and kind host. Highly recommended!
