Ideally located in the heart of Nice, you'll be close to the Vieux Nice, Place Garibaldi and rue Bonaparte where you can enjoy restaurants and bars.
You will also find many markets nearby: a Monoprix, a Bio c'est bon, a Naturalia.
In 10 - 13 min walk by la coulée verte, you'll get to Place Massena and the avenue Jean Médecin and then on the Promenade des Anglais where you will find the beaches.
