Beautiful lake home situated on the rowing venue of Lake Lanier. All new bedding, newly updated bathrooms and all new kitchen appliances will make you feel right at home! Peaceful, screened in back porch overlooks the large lake lot and private boat dock.
We have two single kayaks and a paddle board for guests to enjoy on the lake.
We are a pet friendly listing . However there is a pet fee for each pet ($100/each) as well as house rules regarding pets that need to be reviewed by any guests.

The space
Our lake lot is unique in size and it offers a private boat dock and private boat ramp directly into Lake Lanier.
Relax on the shady, screened in back porch or hang out in the sunshine on the top level of the private dock. Wonderful home for lake fun and relaxing!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home as well as the private back porch and private dock.

Other things to note
We have several life jackets available for use, as well as lake toys and floats and plenty of beach towels.
