Thanks to Alex, I had a great time in Miami. He provided very well organized instruction to me. The house is located in good place to travel in Miami beach, I just walked to the beach and it took just 10 mins and there were good restaurants and drug stores in near.
In addition, his house has almost everything for household and home appliances. It was very convenient to me.
First time Airbnb user and the listing was exactly as described!.
I would stay here again!.
- Excellent communication with Alex by text, email, and even phone call.
- Flexible and quick/easy check-in and check-out times.
- Professional relationship between host and renter. He makes you sign his own contract and check in with him once you're settled in to make sure you're happy.
- Clean condo (my mom is very picky when it comes to this too).
- GREAT location.
- Central AC with digital thermostat.
- Quite unit on the backend of the complex, off of the busy road.
- Quite neighbors.
- Fully equipped kitchen to make your own meals.
- Radio and TV were nice to have.
Not really cons but a heads up!.
- Limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels.
- The complex (hallways, staircase, etc) is not as nice as the condo itself.
- Plenty of windows but no view except for a cement wall in all of them.
Alex apt was perfect. Its close of every in Miami beach and the apt is like a pictures. Thanks Alex, we enjoyed the stay!
O apartamento é muito bem localizado. Fica a duas quadras da Lincoln Road e perto de pontos de ônibus que atendem grande parte de Miami.
As fotos retratam exatamente o apartamento. Bastante completo e confortável.
Alex é um ótimo anfitrião. Sempre muito solícito ao responder prontamente todas as dúvidas e preocupado em tornar a estadia mais agradável.
Hada great stay at Alex's place. Location is really convenient and you can walk everywhere plus great sushi place just next door! Also there's a roof terrace for some serious sunbathing!
Stayed in Alex's place for a long weekend. It was great. Great location, just as described. Alex was a good communicative host. Took his recommendation to take the bus from the airport, that worked out very well. Did not need to rent a car, everything is walkable! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

About the Host, Alex
Back in the 90's, I decided to ride my bicycle solo across the continent from NYC over to Seattle, then down the West coast to LA. Yep, that's about 6,000 self-propelled miles in a 6 months period. What a life-changing journey it was to bike and camp across the land! Besides seeing so many awesome places, I met so many cool people. I was very impressed by how many people were so open and forthcoming to invite a compete stranger off the road into their homes to crash for the night. All across mid-west I barely had a chance to spend a night alone in my tent. People's good nature and hospitality made a lasting impact on me then.
To this day, I continue to travel way off the beaten path to the far corners of our globe, and I never stop being amazed by my human encounters. Being a host here on airbnb, gives me a chance to extend my good vibe back towards the traveling community. OK, I'll admit that my hospitality comes with a price tag. Nevertheless, my goal is to offer my guests a cool and comfortable place, so that their experience in MY corner of the world is just as positive and memorable.
Wishing you all a life filled with adventure :-)
