Located in the heart of Downtown Knoxville in the vibrant Historic Parkridge Neighborhood. Enjoy being just 1.5 miles from Downtown & 3 miles from The University of Tennessee. **We are not within walking distance to Downtown, but you can easily catch an Uber/Lyft ride for roughly $5.

The space
We created a private space in our house for our guests & designated off-street parking located right outside the suite.

The guest suite is located on the back side of the house and features its own living room & bathroom. I do live in the attached main house with two of my best friends, so if you need anything during your stay, we're close by.

There is also a little pup that lives on the other side of the house, so it's possible you might hear her when you initially arrive as she says hello.

**We love our neighborhood because it's located so close to downtown and all the things we love (restaurants, entertainment, coffee, breweries). For those that love historic homes, our neighborhood boasts the most Barber homes in the country. With that being said, our neighborhood is not a gated community. We live in an urban area with all types of people. It's our favorite place we've lived in Knoxville and look forward to sharing that with you!

Other things to note
Since the suite is located on the side of the house, you might hear some noise from the main house. I live with two amazing roommates, so we are in-and-out throughout the day.

**At this time, we do not allow any photography sessions in the suite**

Neighborhood highlights

Our home is located in the Historic Parkridge Neighborhood located just 1.5 miles from Downtown Knoxville. Our neighborhood is recognized on the National level for boasting the most Barber homes (Victorian style homes) in the country. My roommates and I love walking down our street and seeing all the beautiful craftsman & victorian homes coming back to life.

Just like many Downtown neighborhoods, our neighborhood is one of the most diverse areas of Knoxville. My roommates and I have lived in the house for over 5 years and have loved being close to all the new breweries, coffee shops and restaurants.
