Our place in located on a 5 acre organic farm, the perfect fit for the outdoor lover in you. Our space is perfect for people who like to connect with nature, watch for shooting stars, listen to the birds, and let the crickets sing them to sleep. We like to consider this room a "glamping" experience.
The room is located on the second story, giving optimal view of the surrounding area! The room is completely PRIVATE, you will not share it at all. We offer a queen size mattress, along with fresh sheets, and towels.
The bottom half of the building is considered a utility room, it is NOT a secondary area that is rented.
We are located down an unpaved road, in the middle of The Picayune Strand State Forest, 15 minutes from downtown Naples. Our operation is completely eco friendly, and we operate, “off the grid”. We have the convenience of a super quiet and super easy to run generator that produces our electricity, and propane heated, hot running water.
To be clear: this is considered a "glamping experience" electricity is limited, the room CAN be fully powered by the generator, but IS LIMITED. We do not run the generator around the clock for consistent power. The room has basic solar and battery operated lights, that give the room a lovely subtle glow.
We offer a propane Coleman stove, a charcoal grill, with your basic essentials for cooking, along with a cooler (no refrigerator) to keep your items cool. Be sure to grab some ice for your stay. We provide fresh bed linens, towels, paper products, and basic solar lighting during your stay.
Our washroom/ bathroom is located in a separate building, on the main grounds, again it is fully operational with the use of the generator.
The washroom is equipped with 2 bathroom stalls, a large shower, and double sinks.
We have night lanterns available, and outdoor solar lighting.
*We now offer a Solar Generator, to keep your phone & computers charged, during your stay. Come
and experience an ecologically friendly atmosphere, a place like no other. A cozy, quiet farm stay in Naples Fl.
The room has 8 windows, that the wind carries through all the time. There are a flight of stairs, to consider going up to the bedroom.
**Please consider that we are in a remote location, we do not have television, or WiFi. Although we do have cell service coverage in the area.
As remote as we are, it is only a few minute drive back to civilization. Less than 5 miles to the crowd of Naples.
The Picayune Strand offers fabulous birding trails, mountain bike trails, and hiking trails. We are a 30 minute drive to the Corkscrew Sanctuary, 45 minuets from The Big Cypress Preserve, and about 30 minutes all the beautiful beaches! Outdoor adventures await!
Upon your reservation we do require all guests to sign our Liability Waiver prior to your stay.

Come and unplug, recharge, reset your inner mind, at our private farm stay retreat.

We encourage check in during daylight hours, so that a complete generator instructions can be explained.

Our property is also open to Hipcamp. A platform similar to Airbnb for campers.
You may have the entire property to yourself, or there may be a few others as well.

During your stay

I will be on a meet and greet schedule with our guests. We will meet, and go over the important operations of the facilities. I personally do not live on the property, but have full time property management on site.

We have a small organic farm operation, so many times I or someone will be around the premises working.

It is recommended that you arrive within the allotted check in time, to ensure you arrive before dark. We are equipped with outdoor solar lighting, but it is recommended to come in the daytime.
