One minute from Saint-Joseph street, known for its shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and boutiques. Grocery store and pharmacy just around the corner. Walking distance to all attractions, including the Old Port (15 min), St-Jean Street (10 min, walk up stairs involved), Old Québec (15 min), Plains of Abraham (25 min), major theaters and nightlife (2-20 min). Bus stops near by will take you anywhere you would want to go in the city. A taxi stand is also a few minutes walk away, in front of the Gabrielle Roy Library (Québec City's main library).

We had a great stay at Stephane's! The apartment is truly in a great location--very close to Old Quebec, but just outside of the main tourist zone. We found several fun restaurants and good shops on rue St. Joseph, which is very close. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. And having a parking spot is an added bonus. I'd love to stay there again!
Our stay at Stephane's apartment was the best out of 4 other similar accommodations we had booked for our 2000 km trip. It was all my pleasure to see my wife enjoying cooking and being very pleased with the bed. With everything close and easy highway access, the location is very convenient and underground parking is perfect. Apartment is actually larger then it seems and has many convenient features. We would definitely recommend to stay at Stephane's to our friends.
Le condo est génial, bien situé et le stationnement intérieur facilite grandement le séjour! L'immeuble est calme et les voisins très courtois. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de transiger avec Stephane mais son ami Scott nous a accueillis de façon très amicale et a été très serviable! Une adresse à retenir.
The apartment was perfect in every way! It was spacious, very clean, uncluttered and was well stocked for the necessities of day to day living. Having your own parking spot was amazing! The location is within 5 minutes of many restaurants and grocery stores. It is within walking distance to the historic areas of upper and lower town (some steps and/or steep inclines involved). Thank you for having your apartment available on short notice, Stephane. Sorry we did not get to meet you, however we were very impressed with your friend Scott. He was very helpful,

Beautiful appartment, central pour le business et (website hidden)éphane est un hôte très avenant, très accomodant avec plein de gentilles attentions qui ont fait la différence. Je suis même resté une nuit supplémentaire que prévue au départ. À mettre dans votre carnet d'adresse si vous allez à Québec. Moi j'ai trouvé mon home pied à terre pour mes prochains déplacements dans la capitale nationale. Merci encore Stéphane.
