Just steps from trains, buses and the access to Marina di Cassano, it’s the perfect base to explore the coast, beaches and nearby destinations with ease.

The space
The apartment has been recently renovated to offer bright, functional and comfortable spaces, balancing simplicity with everyday comfort. It can accommodate up to four guests and consists of a double bedroom and a separate living area with a double sofa bed.

The bedroom is welcoming and well organized, designed to ensure a restful sleep after a day spent exploring or enjoying the sea. The living room is the heart of the apartment, a flexible space where you can relax, watch the smart TV or spend time together.

Within the living area, there is a dining corner with table and chairs, along with a microwave, kettle and mini fridge. This is not a full kitchen: there is no stove or sink, but it is ideal for breakfast, snacks and light meals.

The private bathroom includes a shower and is equipped with a hairdryer, towels and a courtesy kit. Outside, in a shared space, guests can use a laundry area with washing machine and a small patio.

The apartment features air conditioning and fast, stable Wi-Fi, suitable for remote work or streaming.

Each guest is provided with a set of three towels (face, shower and bidet towel). Bed linen is included, along with a courtesy kit with soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.

The apartment does not have private parking, but public parking is available nearby in blue-lined spaces. Rates are generally hourly and may vary depending on the area and time of day. Given the central location and proximity to services and public transport, a car is not necessary for your stay.

Everything you need is within walking distance, including supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies and essential services, making your stay easy and convenient.

The tourist tax applies from April to October and amounts to €4 per person per night, to be paid in cash upon arrival (with possible exemptions for minors according to local regulations).
