This cozy home is right on Otsego Lake w/ 100' of beach. The home has the best sunset views and a sandy beach to play on. The home comes with a full kitchen with all the kitchenware along with kayaks, row boats, propane bbq grill, picnic table and much more. It's a close drive to the highway, downtown, many golf courses and is walking distance to 2 bar/restaurants. A dock is included for a boat or to fish off it. The home shares the property with 2 other rental cottages also listed on Airbnb.

The space
You have access to the 100’ of beach front and the 50’ of grassy area. We have 1 main fire pit with plenty of chairs for everyone. We now are giving free fire wood until it runs out. There is a shed with outside games, blow up tubes for the water, extra chairs, etc. available for you to use.
In this home you will have a Queen bed in one bedroom and bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top) in the other, along with a dresser in each. The living room has a full futon couch with a TV and a sitting couch. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, and all the kitchenware you should need. If there is something missing we will do our best in getting it for you. We do supply paper products like toilet paper and paper towels along with linens for all 3 beds and the futon.

Guest access
There is plenty of parking on the other side of the road and can fit many vehicles with or without trailers.
We have a shed accessible for all the renters to use. It stores tubes, life jackets, corn hole, and other outdoor fun activities.

Other things to note
We do supply bedding and linens which include blankets, fitted and cover sheets for each bed, 6 pillows with cases, 6 bathing towels, 6 hand towels, and 6 wash cloths. We also supply toilet paper and paper towels.

You can contact me to get a discount on renting one of the other 2 homes on the property for bigger or multi families at a discounted price. We also have another home located just a few houses down for rent.

We do not have cable tv but do have great internet (1 gig bps) and a DVD player. We also have a newer smart TV that you can use your own Hulu, Amazon, YouTube TV, Netflix, ect. account on.
You can also plug in your own devices to the TV like video games or your own Roku or Firestick.

As for pets, we allow 1 dog with a $100 each dog cash pet fee due at check-in. We could make an acceptation for 2 dogs if approved.

We now offer free fire wood! We will supply a wagon or wheelbarrow for you to bring it from across the road to the fire pit by the waters edge.
