This home has been completely renovated from top to bottom! It's fully furnished with a complete kitchen. The house is 50' away from the 100' of beach on Otsego Lake and has the best sunset views. This rental includes the use of row boats, paddle boats, kayaks, propane bbq grill, and a sandy beach area. There's a dock for a boat or to fish. It’s close to the highway, downtown, golf courses and is walking distance to 2 bar/restaurants. The home shares the property with 2 other rental cottages.

The space
You have access to the 100’ of beach front and the 50’ of grassy area. We have 1 main fire pit, and a portable one with plenty of chairs for everyone. The bedrooms in this home have a Queen bed, with 2 pillows for each bed, along with a dresser in each. The living room has a full futon couch with 2 pillows and a double sitting couch. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, and all the kitchenware you should need. If there is something missing we will do our best in getting it for you. We do supply parer product like toilet paper and paper towels. Bedding and linens are included for all 3 beds.

Guest access
There is plenty of parking on the other side of the road and can fit many vehicles with or without trailers.

You can contact me to get a discount on renting one of the other 2 homes on the property for bigger or multi families at a discounted price.

We do not have cable tv but do have great internet (500 mbps) and a DVD player. We also have an Apple TV device that you can use your own Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, ect. account on.
You can also plug in your own devices to the TV like video games or your own Roku or Firestick.

New to 2024, we now offer free fire wood (while supplies last). We will supply a wagon or wheelbarrow for you to bring it from across the road to the fire pit by the waters edge.
