The lakefront retreat offers breathtaking views of the lake. Located 10 feet from Otsego Lake with 100 feet of sandy beach. It's perfect for relaxing in the sun, swimming, or trying water activities. The fully furnished interior, updated in May 2024, features a range of amenities, including kitchenware, row boats, kayaks, paddle boats, propane bbq grill, picnic table and much more making it an ideal haven for families and friends. Walking distance to 2 bars/restaurants and minutes from downtown.

The space
You have access to the 100’ of beach front and the 50’ of grassy area next to the home. We have 1 main fire pit, and a portable one with plenty of chairs for everyone. The bedrooms in this home have a Queen bed, with 2 pillows for each bed, along with a dresser in each. The living room has a full futon couch with 2 pillows and a double sitting couch. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, and all the kitchenware you should need. If there is something missing we will do our best in getting it for you. We do supply paper product like toilet paper and paper towels. Bedding and linens are included for all 3 beds.

Guest access
There is plenty of parking on the other side of the road and can fit many vehicles with or without trailers.
We have a shed accessible for all the renters to use. It stores tubes, life jackets, corn hole, and other out door fun activities.

Other things to note
You can contact me to get a discount on renting one of the other 2 homes on the property for bigger or multi families at a discounted price.

We do not have cable tv but do have great internet (500 mbps) and a DVD player. We also have an Apple TV device that you can use your own Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, ect. account on.
You can also plug in your own devices to the TV like video games or your own Roku or Firestick.

As for pets, we do not allow them in this home but do have another home they are welcome in, please ask if interested in bringing your dog.

New to 2024, we now offer free fire wood (while supplies last). We will supply a wagon or wheelbarrow for you to bring it from across the road to the fire pit by the waters edge.
