We live in a rural area with livestock on our croft and neighbouring crofts, so no pets, sorry!
Lovely, welcoming hosts and a beautiful, cosy cottage. Our stay was perfect! Well within reach of great places to explore and every detail to make U.S. comfortable as possible was considered. Thank you Siobhan and Garry!
We had a lovely stay at Siobhan and Garry's beautiful farm. The apartment is gorgeous with everything you could need. We easily were able to cook dinner which was a bonus!
Spacious living area and bedroom. Extremely cosy and warm. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to come up to explore around Loch Ness. Thanks very much for a wonderful 2 nights. Laura and Jimmy
By far our favourite place we've stayed on our 6 week holiday. The little extras were so thoughtful and very much appreciated. From the cheese platter, to beautiful breakfast provisions; to the board games, binoculars, toiletries and the books. You thought of everything!
An extra special thank you to Garry for the magazines left on the doorstep for my husband... He spent the entire night picking out his new Land Rover!
I would highly recommend to anyone and would rate this as a 5 star country getaway. Thank you once again.
We had a great stay at the croft and would highly reccommend it to anyone - Siobhan and Gary had thought of everything and were very helpful, we were lucky and had some glorious weather so just walked in the local area which was lovely. the house was spotless and supplied with everything one could want. Sadly we had only two nights but could have stayed a week!
Our stay at Siobhan and Garry's croft was absolutely PERFECT in every way! We felt so welcomed upon our arrival, and everything was completely spotless, with some incredibly thoughtful touches. I was initially anxious about finding the right place, but entering the postcode into the GPS then following the provided directions gave us no trouble at all! It was a great place to relax, and wonderful to come back to as a home base after our explorations of Loch Ness, Glen Coe, Isle of Skye, etc. Relaxing by a fire of wood and peat after being out all day was just about the highlight of our trip! Not far from the amenities of town, but far enough out for some incredible peace and quiet. Every single thing we could dream of needing was there, from breakfast supplies to maps of the area! We really just can't say enough about how wonderful it was! I only wish we had had more time to enjoy, relax, and get to know Siobhan and Garry better :) We already can't wait to come back!
We were very impressed with the accommodation, I'd rate it 5*, extremely clean, everything was of high quality, very thick white towels and bed linen, I am a very fussy person but Siobhan and Garry have really got it right, from the cheese board in the fridge to the vases of fresh flowers! We loved it so much we cancelled our hotel dinner and stayed in with a bottle, cheese and biscuits and the log burner all whilst we watched the weather through the French doors across the remote hills. Nothing was too much trouble for Siobhan and Garry, thank you both for making it an amazing weekend x
Perfect, 10/10, excellent, bravo! What a great place, spotless, great attention to detail and great value. Did not want for anything big thanks.
My husband Garry and I are both from Inverness and know the surrounding areas well.
We spend much of our spare time on the croft (small farm) looking after the cows.
We hope we can make your stay in the Highlands enjoyable, relaxing and memorable enough for you to return again and again.
