Great location. Wonderful appartment. Ten minutes to the sea. Good restaurants nearby. Overall excellent impression.
We have just returned back home after 3 weeks stay in Art Apartment and we are very satisfied about everything. The Art Apartment is very well located, in a very lively district of Terracina, close to the central street, with all infrastructure just in few steps. Apartment is quite spacious, clean and modern. It was very comfortable for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). And it was our great pleasure to meet Maria. She is an outstanding host and manager. And very interesting and charming person. We give our best recommendations for Maria)
Maria helped us in every way and kept in touch during the stay. The Art Apartment was great and contained everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe, the people friendly and it was a pleasure to start each day with a trip out to the park, the beach and the shop with our grandson.
The flat is well located close to several grocery stores, the beach and new and old town centre. It is big, clean and well equipped. It is a bit inconvenient that there is no hot water in the kitchen, so you have to boil water to do the dishes, but that is my only complain. Mary and her family were very helpful!
We had a wonderful time in Terracina and at the Art Apartment! Maria and her family were so helpful and welcoming, and helped us with some small problems with the key and the heat (the weather was unexpectedly cold in June) right away so it was the perfect vacation.
The apartment is very close to the sea, but also good for visiting the old town and all the great restaurants and shopping in Terracina. It is also very well equipped in the kitchen so you can also make your meals at home, and there are markets and shops right nearby.
Thank you Maria, Marisa, Bambi, and Peppe for everything - we hope to see you next summer!

About the Host, Maria
I believe that travelling has the power to heal, energize and improve the world, and I’m proud to be a part of this community.
I was born in Rome and raised in Pompeii as both my parents are archaeologists.
I moved back to Rome 15 years ago. My interests are travels, food, photography, foreign languages and my favorite hobby is home design and interior decorating, I enjoy anything creative!
I love Italian, Japanese, Russian and Greek food, I also like to cook.
Travel is definitely my biggest passion and it has taken me and my long time boyfriend Federico to about twenty countries along the five continents.
When I travel, I look for places that are not ultra touristy. I want to experience the restaurants and bars that the locals know and love.
I'm hoping that you seek the same. I can recommend some really cool places and things to see/eat/do if you'd like.
I absolutely love Rome and I am the biggest ambassador for it. I love to welcome people from all over the world to this great city so they can share the love that I have for it as well!
I've had some amazing people from all over the world stay at my place and look forward to hosting you.
See you soon in Rome!
