Located one mile from the racetrack in the village of Summit Point. (Daytime racing only.) This is a renovated large former classroom with 13' ceilings in the old Elementary School. Single king size bed. Newly furnished with couches, coffee table, and dining table. Extra blankets and a queen size air mattress provided. The "Railside Market" serves food and sundries one block away. (currently has limited hours) Multiple food options in nearby Charles Town and lots more in Winchester Virginia!

The space
The room is equipped with couches, a dinner table, a 60" flat screen TV with cable, WIFI, a Keurig with coffee pods, a microwave, and a small mini-fridge. Water bottles are available in the fridge. Off street parking is available to the left side of the building. Newly renovated bathroom.
