Milli was extra attentive and thorough. She exceeded my expectations in every way. The townhouse is not spacious but completely adequate for two people. To say it is well equipped is a classic understatement especially the kitchen. It was very clean and tidy and well located.If I return to Toronto I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is well located, very clean and nicely appointed and well divided. Make sure to let her know if you have a larger car than mid-size sedan so that she can put you on the visitors list for an easier to get to parking spot.
Milli was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and, in the end, the apartment was perfect for my needs. Perfect location and facility. It was nicely set up and clean. There were some glitches along the way that caused me a great deal of stress. I was not able to get in touch with Milli during the days leading up to the rental and ended up contacting airbnb, considering cancellation. They were not very thorough in their response. In the end, Milli did get in touch with me, and we worked it all out although I was given an inaccurate lock number. I ended up being greeted by the owner who sat in his car waiting for me to come so he could give me the correct number and let me in. From that point on, everything was fine, but that part of the process was very unpleasant.

This was my first experience using AirBnB and Milli was a great host. The townhouse was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Access to public transport was very convenient, the neighbourhood was safe and Queen street was a 5 minute walk for great restaurants and shops. Milli was quick to respond to any queries, called to check everything was ok, and left us very clear instructions. She was a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended,will stay there again on our next trip.
Firstly, Milli is a real friendly person and she always replied to our requests positively. She did her best to make us comfortable.
The apartement was really clean and we slept very well. We enjoyed the rooftop and even had a BBQ. We recommend her. A good value for money when you don't want to stay far from the city center.
I rented this charming place for my parents when they were in town for 10 days. Milli and Chen were really prompt with emails and extremely professional. They contacted us the evening we checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and followed up with us frequently to make we were enjoying our stay... which we were.
The place itself was very clean and well kept. The top floor terrace was a great bonus as we were able to enjoy some good weather up there. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
My mom and I loved our stay at Milli's apartment. The interior is clean and organized with all the conveniences of home. And my goodness, the patio! We spent every morning enjoying coffee and soaking up the sun on the roof-top. Beds were comfy and the place was so quiet. The location is great. Close to downtown, close to a major major intersection, and close a street car stops. Lots of shopping and food close by. Milli also left very helpful hints and directions for us. We will certainly stay here next time we're in Toronto!
Everything was fine with the apartment. It was easily accessible, clean, and well equipped. The information provided was helpful. I left my car in the garage and we took public transport which was right in front of the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
